OK, So I'm a couple years behind, but I'm about to try Tim Ferriss's "Slow Carb Diet" and I put together a one-page foods list that's really helping me and might help you, too!

ALLOWED:
All meats: Beef, Pork, Lamb, Poultry, Fish, shellfish (preferably organic)
Bacon, Turkey bacon, sausages
Eggs
All beans (chickpeas in moderation)
Vegetables (except starchy: sweet/potatoes, corn, butternut sq.)
Oils (Olive, macadamia, grapeseed preferred)
Hot sauce, sugar-free salsa, herbs, spices, mustard, non-creamy, low-sugar dressings, unsweetened cocoa, vanilla

ALLOWED IN MODERATION:
Butter (ghee preferred)
Cottage cheese
Mayonnaise
Avocado (1 cup/day max)
Peas
Tomatoes
Peanut butter/nut butters (1 TB/day)
Nuts (5-10 per meal)
Hummus, chickpeas
Coffee/Tea (w/up to 2 TB cream)
Diet soda (Discouraged but up to 16oz/day allowed)
Almond milk (Unsweetened)
Up to 2 glasses dry wine/day (red preferred, but white accepted)

NOT ALLOWED:
Milk and milk products, Cheese (except cottage in moderation)
Soda, juice, other sugary drinks
Grains (Bread, rice, pasta, cereal, oatmeal, tortillas, quinoa, etc.)
Potatoes (sweet potatoes, yams)
Starchy vegetables (Yucca, butternut/acorn squash, etc.)
Corn, popcorn
Fruit
Deep-fried breaded food
Ketchup , creamy dressings, dressings with sugar
Sugar, honey, corn syrup, maple syrup, fructose
